Canadians: Bill C2 is something that absolutely can't be allowed to pass. It's like the Patriot Act, but Canadian, and we don't need that anywhere.

Over here, it's a national day of remembrance (sometimes called Orange Shirt Day) for those who lost their lives and suffered the indignity of residential schools, which were intensely colonial projects aimed at fully de-Indigenizing Indigenous folks in cruel ways.
